Click "Change Password" and enter your current password, followed by your new password (at least 8 characters combining letters and numbers), then confirm the new password. Click Save and the change takes effect immediately. If you have forgotten your current password and cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page — a reset link will be sent to your registered email within 2 minutes.

Selat4D's identity verification (KYC) process is typically completed within 1 to 24 business hours after documents are submitted. What's required is a clear copy of your MyKad or Malaysian passport (both sides), and sometimes a selfie of you holding the document. Documents can be submitted through the Account Verification section in Account Settings or directly to our support team via live chat. KYC only needs to be done once — once completed, all future withdrawals will not require additional verification unless your account details change.

First, check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there. If it's not there, log in to your Selat4D account — you can still log in even if your email hasn't been verified. A deposit taking longer than 5 minutes for e-wallets or 15 minutes for FPX is unusual and typically occurs due to a temporary disruption on your bank's or e-wallet provider's end. First step: check whether the payment has already been deducted from your e-wallet or bank account. If it has, the transaction was sent but may be pending confirmation. Withdrawals & Winnings

Selat4D does not charge any withdrawal fees for all Malaysian payment methods. The full amount you request to withdraw will be credited to your account with no deductions from Selat4D. As with deposits, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own receiving charges, but these are fees imposed by those providers and not by Selat4D. We are committed to ensuring your winnings reach you in full, with no hidden deductions.

A withdrawal request can only be cancelled if it is still in "Processing" status and has not yet been submitted to the payment system. Once the request moves to "Approved" or "Sent" status, cancellation is no longer possible as the payment process has already begun. To cancel a withdrawal that is still in progress, log in to your Selat4D account, go to Transaction History, locate the relevant withdrawal request, and click "Cancel" if that option is still available. Alternatively, contact our support team via live chat immediately — timing is critical in these cases.

A Selat4D account that has been inactive for 90 days or more may be subject to a small monthly administrative fee in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. This fee only applies to any balance remaining in the account and only begins after the 90-day inactivity period. Yes, you can decline any bonus credited to your account before placing any bets with it.
